Stantec is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join its Dubai team. A great fit for a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive planning experience and a strong background delivering water infrastructure projects across the GCC region.
You’ll support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational objectives — a chance to contribute to major infrastructure developments within a globally recognized engineering consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules for water infrastructure projects
- Monitor project progress and provide planning and scheduling support
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for timely delivery
- Analyze project performance and prepare planning reports
- Identify potential project delays and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years in a similar planning role
- Proven experience delivering water infrastructure projects within the GCC
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple project schedules and deadlines
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
