CSCEC Steel is inviting applications for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in construction & engineering while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.
The role focuses on contract administration; claims; cost control; ipc; valuations; subcontractors; eot; closeout. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.

Primary Accountabilities
- Administer main contracts, including commercial clauses, milestones, payment provisions and related obligations.
- Prepare interim valuations and IPC submissions while reviewing subcontractor applications.
- Assess variations, extension-of-time matters and contractual claims with supporting commercial evidence.
- Monitor project cost, cash flow and subcontract commitments throughout delivery.
- Lead measurement, negotiation and close-out activities to protect commercial position and support successful project completion.
Selection Profile
The position is intended for a senior commercial professional with strong experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, claims and cost control. A relevant bachelor’s degree is expected, with practical capability in valuations, IPCs, variations, EOT claims, subcontract management and project close-out.
