Job Overview
Datailer Technologies is recruiting a Senior System Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure and cloud services in Dubai. The role suits an experienced systems professional who can design, maintain, troubleshoot, and support complex server, virtualization, endpoint, and storage environments.
The engineer may travel to customer sites throughout the UAE. Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred, and broad knowledge of enterprise platforms is important to support client systems reliably and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise servers, storage, virtualization, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Support VMware Cloud Foundation, Dell VxRail, and related HCI environments.
- Administer Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, and Exchange.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Workspace ONE, Citrix, and endpoint environments.
- Assist with backup and recovery solutions including Veeam, Commvault, and NetBackup.
- Investigate infrastructure issues, document work, and provide technical support at customer sites.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least five years of relevant systems engineering experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Have practical knowledge of server, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and storage technologies.
- Be willing to travel to customer locations across the UAE.
- Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.
