Job Overview
A company specializing in electrical products and solutions is looking for a customer-focused Showroom Officer in Riyadh. The role supports the daily operation of the showroom and helps visitors understand available products and services. It is open to fresh graduates as well as applicants with previous retail, showroom sales, or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily showroom activities and ensure products are presented clearly and attractively.
- Welcome customers, respond to enquiries, and provide accurate information about products.
- Assist the sales team with customer service and showroom sales activities.
- Help achieve showroom sales targets while building positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth showroom operations and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous showroom sales, retail sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are expected.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and a good command of English are preferred.
Key Skills
A customer-oriented approach, professional conduct, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are important. Applicants should be comfortable explaining product information, assisting customers, maintaining simple records, and working as part of a showroom team.
Employment Details
