Social Media Operations

XC Properties is looking for a proactive, hands-on Social Media Operations professional to join its growing Dubai marketing team. A great fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants practical experience across live streaming, short-form video production, and digital marketing operations.

You’ll support live broadcasts, create and draft social media content, monitor audience engagement, and maintain digital assets and performance reports. The role suits someone energetic, responsible, punctual, and comfortable collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve content performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare live streaming sessions, including scripts, property materials, and broadcast workflows
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming equipment
• Monitor live chats and audience engagement during broadcasts
• Manage sensitive keywords and help ensure compliance with platform guidelines
• Track live-stream performance and prepare post-broadcast reports
• Assist with filming short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and other platforms
• Edit videos using subtitles, transitions, and basic visual effects
• Create engaging thumbnails and optimize titles and captions
• Organize digital video assets and draft content across social media channels
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support content optimization

Requirements:

• Experience in social media operations, live streaming, or content creation preferred
• Marketing, branding, or other content-focused industry experience an advantage
• Currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Good working proficiency in English; Chinese language skills a plus
• Experience managing creator or business social media accounts preferred
• Energetic, punctual, responsible, and a strong team player
