📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Receiving & Storage:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing medical supplies & equipment.
• Ensure correct placement of items in designated storage areas.
• Store hazardous materials safely according to hospital guidelines.

✔️ Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Stores In-Charge.
• Process store issues based on department requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory & stock movements.

✔️ Administration & Documentation:

• Assist with filing, faxing, photocopying, and documentation.
• Support purchase order processing for out-of-stock items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

✅ Job Requirements:

📌 Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
📌 Skills & Knowledge:
🔹 English proficiency (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.
🔹 Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, inventory software).
🔹 Ability to handle store records & documentation.
🔹 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
