As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in a warehouse or store setting. Your primary objective will be to maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper handling of materials, and facilitate a smooth flow of goods in and out of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming materials, verifying accuracy of shipments against invoices or orders.
  • Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Ensure proper storage and placement of goods to prevent damage or deterioration.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and pack materials for outgoing shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and procurement departments to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or store area, following safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal requests for materials or supplies.

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Education: Candidates with relevant degree/diploma or (equivalent).

Experience: Candidates with previous experience in the same positions.

Candidate’s Availability: Candidates must be available within the UAE to be eligible.
