Job Overview
OVG Hospitality is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support its Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. The position combines recruitment coordination with employee onboarding and is suited to an HR professional who can manage several vacancies, communicate with hiring managers, and make the joining process organized and welcoming for new employees. Hospitality-sector exposure is an advantage.
A strong candidate will be able to keep recruitment activities moving while maintaining a helpful, professional experience for both applicants and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination and hiring support.
- Work with department managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate onboarding steps and help new employees complete the required joining process.
- Maintain accurate applicant information, interview notes, recruitment trackers, and employee documentation.
- Provide general support to HR operations and communicate updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Help ensure that candidates and new hires receive timely information and professional assistance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Two to three years of UAE recruitment experience is required.
- Experience in hospitality recruitment is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is listed as an estimated qualification.
- Candidates based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews are preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
- Applicants should be comfortable coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and multiple departments.

Employment Details
- Employment: Full time.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Monthly salary: AED 6,500–9,000 (estimated).
- Experience: 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (estimated).
