In This Role, You Will:
- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and learning programmes.
- Help foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Supervise children during lessons, play sessions, and daily routines.
- Support lesson planning, preparation, and general classroom upkeep.
- Encourage positive behaviour and provide attentive care in line with nursery standards.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure consistent, quality learning experiences.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work in Dubai Production City (IMPZ).
