Job Overview
LanceSoft is recruiting a Telesales Executive for a six-month contract assignment with a client in Dubai. The role is suitable for a sales professional with one to two years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, banking, insurance or customer service. The successful candidate will contact prospective customers, explain products and services, understand customer needs and work towards assigned sales targets. Strong verbal communication and the ability to handle objections professionally are important. Experience in insurance sales is an advantage, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Explain product or service features, prices and benefits clearly and accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads and work towards assigned sales targets.
- Respond to questions and objections professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies and the agreed sales process when communicating with customers.
Requirements and Skills
- Have one to two years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, banking, insurance or customer service.
- Have insurance sales experience as an advantage.
- Communicate confidently and explain information in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Demonstrate negotiation, objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Be customer-focused, target-oriented and motivated by performance.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred. A specific academic discipline is not stated. Relevant experience in telephone-based sales or customer service is important.
Employment Details
