A leading hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Transportation Coordinator to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure efficient movement of vehicles and personnel. This opportunity is ideal for organized professionals with experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily transportation operations.
- Monitor employee work schedules to ensure efficient allocation of vehicles and personnel.
- Coordinate transportation activities to support operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Prepare, process, and maintain trip logs and transportation reports.
Requirements:
- UAE Driving License mandatory.
- 1-2 years experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
