Key Responsibilities
- Recommend and sell suitable holidays, travel packages and related services based on customer requirements.
- Handle outbound travel inquiries, bookings and visa-service requests with accurate documentation.
- Develop lasting customer relationships through responsive communication and practical travel guidance.
- Follow up on opportunities and work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Stay informed about destinations, package options and travel documentation requirements relevant to clients.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and strong sales and communication skills. Knowledge of holiday packages, outbound destinations, visa services and travel documentation is expected, along with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work toward sales targets.
