📌 About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing brand performance in your assigned territory.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (customer- and brand-wise)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory movement
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and product presentations
- Collaborate with logistics, accounts, finance, and credit teams
- Track competitor activity and market trends
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Food sales
🧠 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Presentable, proactive, and results-driven
- Capable of decision-making regarding product displays
🤝 Who You’ll Work With:
- Internal Teams: Sales Manager, Supervisors, Logistics, Accounts, Credit Control
- External Contacts: Retail store representatives and buyers
