Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Receiving & Dispatching Goods:

• Unload goods from delivery vans and ensure accurate documentation verification.
• Identify damaged/missing items and report discrepancies.
• Move received goods to designated storage areas using MHE (Material Handling Equipment).

✔️ Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:

• Handle and maintain office and warehouse equipment.
• Accurately record product movements using barcode scanners.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles.

✔️ Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to DHL’s Health & Safety policies and warehouse security procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness & orderliness.
• Report any unsafe practices, workplace hazards, or equipment malfunctions.

✔️ Material Handling & Order Processing:

• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Ensure product labeling & documentation accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, bendi, clamp trucks, and slip sheet machines (after certification).

✔️ Team Collaboration & Customer Service:

• Build strong working relationships with colleagues for smooth operations.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and meet service standards.

Job Requirements:

📌 Education: Vocational/Specialized/Technical Certification preferred.
📌 Experience: Less than 2 years in warehouse/logistics roles.
📌 Skills:
🔹 Valid UAE Driving License (for material handling equipment is a plus).
🔹 Knowledge of transportation regulations & warehouse operations.
🔹 Proficiency in data entry & inventory management systems.
🔹 Strong understanding of safety procedures & workplace regulations.
🔹 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
