Job Requirements

ECH Operator

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Reach Truck and Forklift.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 8 is mandatory.
• Maximum age: 43 years.

Electrician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

Plumber

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

Carpenter

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

Painter

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

HVAC Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

MEP Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

Pump & Mechanical Technician

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management company.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 3 is mandatory.
• Good communication skills.

General Cleaner (Male Only)

• Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience.
• Basic communication skills.
• Maximum age: 38 years.

Truck Driver

• Minimum 2 years of truck driving experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License No. 4 is mandatory.
• Maximum age: 43 years.

Goods Receiving & Material Handling

• Experience in material handling or shop floor operations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP for warehouse and material handling activities.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Valid UAE Forklift License is mandatory.
• Maximum age: 43 years.

General Requirements

• Relevant experience in the applied position is mandatory.
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
