Yas Projects LLC is inviting applications for the Hiring in UAE 8x Jobs position in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in construction / contracting while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.
The role focuses on 8 roles: site engineer, quantity surveyor, legal/law, it/ai engineer, accountant/finance, procurement, hse, mep; emirati professionals; construction/contracting. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.

Primary Accountabilities
- Support assigned construction or contracting projects according to the requirements of the selected discipline.
- Coordinate with project, commercial, technical and support teams to keep activities aligned with delivery priorities.
- Prepare accurate technical, commercial or administrative records relevant to the assigned position.
- Follow company procedures, applicable regulations and project standards while completing professional responsibilities.
- Contribute ideas and practical support to improve project execution, reporting and departmental efficiency.
Selection Profile
The hiring drive covers eight disciplines: Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Legal/Law, IT Engineer/AI Engineer, Accountant/Finance, Procurement, HSE and MEP. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, have relevant contracting or construction exposure where possible, and be available for immediate joining. Emirati local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Role Impact
Each successful hire will support construction and contracting activity through the specialist responsibilities of the selected discipline. Strong teamwork, documentation and compliance awareness will be important across the different functions. The position rewards practical problem-solving and clear communication. Candidates should be prepared to learn internal procedures quickly, take ownership of assigned work and raise issues early when additional support or decisions are needed.
