Job Overview
A fit-out and interior design team in Dubai is seeking a 3D Visualiser to create realistic renders and design presentations. The role requires translating concepts, materials, and spatial plans into polished visual output that helps clients and project teams understand the intended result. Knowledge of UAE interior design or fit-out projects is preferred. High-quality visualisation will help stakeholders review concepts before work begins, communicate design intent clearly, and make informed decisions about finishes and spatial arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D visualisations and realistic renders for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Turn design concepts, drawings, reference images, and project requirements into clear and visually consistent presentations.
- Apply suitable materials, textures, lighting, camera angles, and composition to communicate the intended space accurately.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to confirm dimensions, finishes, layouts, and required revisions.
- Update models and renders in response to feedback while maintaining quality and agreed delivery schedules.
- Organise project files and presentation assets so the latest approved visual materials can be accessed easily.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have around two to three years of relevant experience; this is preferred for the position.
- Hold a related qualification in 3D design, interior design, architecture, multimedia, or a comparable field.
- Understand interior design principles, material selection, lighting, textures, and spatial planning.
- Be able to produce realistic, high-quality renders with strong aesthetic judgement.
- Pay close attention to design accuracy, details, and presentation quality.
- Experience with UAE fit-out or interior design projects is an advantage.

The role needs visual creativity, spatial awareness, material knowledge, careful model preparation, presentation skills, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to coordinate with several project contributors. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and maintain accurate records while handling competing priorities.
