Job Overview
Novanos Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer to produce video content for digital platforms, campaigns, and events. The position combines filming, lighting and sound setup, editing, and coordination with internal teams. Experience in healthcare, medical services, or aesthetics is beneficial, and the role requires strong visual storytelling as well as the ability to complete projects on time. The successful candidate will translate briefs into clear, engaging video content and maintain a well-organised library of assets that can be reused for marketing and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and capture video footage for marketing campaigns, events, brand stories, and digital media channels.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using appropriate pacing, transitions, colour treatment, sound, and platform-specific formats.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other audio-visual tools during production sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to understand the intended audience, message, visual style, and delivery requirements for each project.
- Organise footage and finished files, label assets clearly, and maintain an orderly archive for future use.
- Manage assigned shoots and edit requests to meet agreed deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have 3–4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Demonstrate strong camera-operation, lighting, and sound-production skills.
- Be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence.
- Experience in healthcare, medical, or aesthetics content is an advantage; a relevant media qualification is estimated rather than confirmed as mandatory.
Core Skills
A strong visual sense, editing efficiency, storytelling, production planning, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to adapt footage for different digital formats are important. The successful candidate should communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and maintain accurate records while handling competing priorities.
