Small Steps Big Dream
Small Steps Big Dream is building out its team for the coming academic year and is looking for compassionate ABA Therapists. This is a great opportunity for anyone dedicated to supporting children through evidence-based behavioral therapy in a warm, collaborative setting.
You’ll work with children across several Dubai locations, helping them reach developmental and learning milestones through Applied Behavior Analysis, all within a structured schedule and a strong support system.
Your day-to-day:
- Delivering ABA sessions tailored to each child’s needs
- Supporting behavioral, social, and developmental progress
- Partnering closely with therapists, educators, and families
- Keeping accurate therapy documentation
- Traveling between Dubai locations as needed
What you’ll need:
- ABAT or IBT certification (required)
- CDA license is a plus
- A valid UAE visa
- Willingness to work across multiple sites
- A genuine passion for working with children
