Job Overview
Time Training Center is looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will guide prospective students through course selection and admissions, helping them make confident educational choices while contributing directly to the centre's enrolment growth.
This is a target-driven role that rewards energy, persistence and genuine interest in education. You will speak with prospective students daily, understand their goals and match them to suitable programmes. Strong follow-up discipline is vital, since timely and honest communication builds trust, and trust is what converts enquiries into enrolments and long-term student relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on available courses, fees and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets.
- Keep accurate records of student interactions and admission progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in education sales or student admissions.
- Excellent communication and telesales ability.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management systems.
- Proven record of meeting targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates based in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Student admissions knowledge, consultative selling, CRM and lead tracking, relationship building and persuasive yet honest communication.
