Account Management Executive

Stalwart Mobile Trading LLC, an Authorized du Channel Partner, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Management Executive to join its team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide professional support
• Cross-sell and upsell telecom products and services to maximize account growth
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, tele sales, or the telecommunications industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
• Telecom industry experience and knowledge of telecom products will be an added advantage

Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 (estimated)
