Guest Relations Executive / Waiter / Waitress

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is seeking passionate and service-driven hospitality professionals to join its Food & Beverage team as Guest Relations Executive / Waiter / Waitress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience
• Assist guests with menu selections, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Deliver food and beverage services according to luxury hospitality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest feedback and requests while ensuring high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations, waiting service, or luxury hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional appearance and strong guest-focused approach

Salary: AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month (Estimated)
