We are seeking a qualified native Russian speaker for the position of Guest Relations Agent at Al Raha Beach Resort, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest relations services to resort guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay
- Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements
Requirements:
- Native Russian speaker who is fluent in English
- Relevant experience in hospitality and guest relations
- Proficiency in the Opera Property Management System (PMS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000
