Accountant

Al Hayakil Al Handasia Scaffolding Tr. LLC, a specialist in scaffolding rental and engineering services, is expanding its Sharjah finance team and is on the lookout for a meticulous, numbers-driven Accountant to keep its books airtight and its reporting sharp.

You’ll be the person who makes sure every dirham is accounted for — from day-to-day ledger entries to the reconciliations that keep audits stress-free. This is a great fit for someone who has cut their teeth in the rental or construction-adjacent sector and enjoys turning messy numbers into clean, decision-ready reports.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recording and maintaining daily transactions — sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger postings
• Reconciling bank accounts, cash drawers, POS transactions, and customer/supplier balances
• Owning accounts payable and receivable, processing supplier invoices, tracking rental billings, and chasing collections
• Keeping tabs on inventory, company assets, equipment depreciation, rental fleet costs, and asset movements
• Preparing periodic financial and management reports covering revenue, project costs, and profitability
• Staying on top of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Solid accounting experience — scaffolding rental industry background is a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting platforms such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP
• Sharp numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and an eye for detail
• Strong organizational and time-management habits

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,500 (estimated)
