Accountant

A well-established company in the UAE is expanding its finance department and is on the lookout for a capable Accountant who can hit the ground running. This role suits professionals who are comfortable with the daily rhythm of accounting work and who take pride in keeping financial records precise and audit-ready.

You’ll be trusted with the full cycle of payables and receivables, reconciling bank statements, and keeping inventory accounting in order. A working knowledge of UAE VAT rules is essential, since you’ll be helping prepare filings and ensure the company stays compliant. Candidates already living in the UAE and able to start right away will be given priority.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Carrying out bank reconciliations and keeping financial records accurate
• Maintaining inventory accounting entries and supporting stock-related reporting
• Assisting with UAE VAT calculations, filings, and general compliance
• Producing financial reports and organizing documentation through ERP tools and Excel
• Working closely with other teams to keep financial processes running smoothly and on time

What you’ll need:

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Current UAE residency
• Practical background in AP/AR processes
• Comfort with bank reconciliations and inventory-related accounting
• Solid grasp of UAE VAT regulations
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP software
• Availability to join immediately is a plus
