OIA Decoration Design and Fit Out L.L.C is hiring a part-time Accountant in Dubai. The role is suited to an experienced UAE accountant with strong QuickBooks skills, knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations, and experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP, AR, general-ledger transactions, and daily accounting using QuickBooks.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Monitor project financial transactions including client payments, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Proven UAE accounting experience.
- High proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws and VAT regulations.
- Interior design, fit-out, or construction experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent organization, time management, and deadline-management skills.
