Junior Accountant

Ultra Stream Technologies LLC is seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily finance operations in Dubai. The role covers bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, reporting, VAT activities, monthly closing, and financial-record management, with Odoo and IT-trading experience considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting records, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data and prepare summaries when required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and Excel reports.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Support VAT preparation and filing activities.
• Ensure finance processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Relevant accounting and VAT-process experience.
• IT trading experience is an advantage.
• Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
