Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods (FG)

Sterling Parfums Industries LLC is hiring a Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods to manage finished-goods warehouse operations in Dubai. The role covers receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, export shipments, inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finished-goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate local deliveries and daily dispatch schedules.
• Support international FMCG export shipments and documentation.
• Verify SKUs, quantities, batches, and packaging requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and reconciliations.
• Update warehouse transactions using SAP ERP or similar systems.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, transporters, and internal teams.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, safety, documentation, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Experience in finished-goods warehousing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of FMCG export shipments and documentation.
• SAP ERP or similar warehouse-system experience.
• Strong inventory, SKU, stock-accuracy, and coordination skills.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
