Sterling Parfums Industries LLC is hiring a Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods to manage finished-goods warehouse operations in Dubai. The role covers receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, export shipments, inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and coordination with logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finished-goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate local deliveries and daily dispatch schedules.
- Support international FMCG export shipments and documentation.
- Verify SKUs, quantities, batches, and packaging requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks and reconciliations.
- Update warehouse transactions using SAP ERP or similar systems.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, transporters, and internal teams.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, safety, documentation, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Experience in finished-goods warehousing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of FMCG export shipments and documentation.
- SAP ERP or similar warehouse-system experience.
- Strong inventory, SKU, stock-accuracy, and coordination skills.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
