The hiring organization is seeking a capable and motivated Accountant to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The position sits within the Real Estate function and requires Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate accounting experience. Candidates should hold accounting/finance degree or relevant accounting qualification. The indicated compensation is AED 8,000–10,000 per month (Negotiable). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
- Prepare financial reports, perform reconciliations and maintain reliable records.
- Process payroll while supporting compliance with UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Apply AML controls and relevant regulatory requirements to financial processes.
- Support real estate accounting activities and deliver timely financial reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience in real estate.
- Understanding of UAE Labour Law, AML and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in reporting, reconciliations, payroll and daily accounting.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
