Job Overview
HST Management and Consultancy is seeking an Accountant for its operation in Dubai Healthcare City. The position is suitable for an accounting professional with one to two years of experience, including prior healthcare accounting experience. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce and be comfortable using ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. The estimated monthly salary is AED 4,500–6,500.
The accountant will help maintain reliable financial records, process transactions, assist with reporting, and support the daily financial administration of the organization. Good written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills are required to support coordination with colleagues and other relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
- Prepare routine financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
- Record and process transactions in line with internal accounting procedures.
- Use ERP software and Microsoft Excel to manage financial information.
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting schedules, and checks on accounting entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve missing or inconsistent financial details.
- Organize invoices and related records so they can be reviewed when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- One to two years of accounting experience.
- Previous healthcare accounting experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems.
- Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
