General Accountant

International Fire Protection System LLC (IFPS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Accountant to join its expanding team in Dubai, managing day-to-day financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and perform account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process payroll and monitor employee-related payments.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash flow records.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and audit activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, with UAE experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
