Accountant

Fastline Spare Parts is looking for a skilled, dedicated Accountant to join its growing team in Sharjah. This role suits accounting professionals with UAE experience who take pride in accurate financial records and want to support the company’s financial operations, from day-to-day bookkeeping to VAT compliance and budgeting support. Previous experience in the UAE spare parts industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations while maintaining accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and oversee company expenses efficiently
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain complete accounting documentation
• Process supplier invoices, customer receipts, and payment transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information and documentation
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accuracy of accounting records

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an Accountant in the UAE
• Previous experience in the UAE spare parts industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and accounting software or ERP systems
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while managing multiple accounting responsibilities
• Immediate availability to join will be considered an advantage
