Job Overview
Apex Detail Studio Dubai, an automotive detailing and paint protection facility, is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day financial activities and maintain accurate accounting records. The role covers bookkeeping, cash flow monitoring, reconciliations, sales and collection tracking, payroll, expenses, and financial reporting. The accountant will also support compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements and provide management with reliable financial information for business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities, bookkeeping entries, and the maintenance of complete financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions and carry out regular bank and account reconciliations.
- Track daily sales, customer collections, outstanding receivables, and supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and management reports.
- Coordinate payroll, business expenses, and payment schedules while keeping supporting documents organised.
- Apply UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements and assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required as the stated qualification.
- At least three years of accounting experience is required; UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations is important.
- Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- The role requires independence, accuracy, strong organisation, and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Employment Details
