Accountant

Bridgewater Management Consultancies is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Accountant to join its growing Dubai team, supporting daily finance operations in a professional management consulting environment.

You’ll handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and UAE VAT compliance — ideal for a finance professional with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to grow their career. A UAE driving licence is preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliations
• Manage invoicing and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
• Assist with finance-related tasks and support business operations

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Good understanding of UAE VAT, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A UAE driving licence is preferred
