Job Overview
Glassline is seeking an Accountant to support its Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities in Riyadh. The role is suitable for a finance professional who can process supplier and customer transactions accurately, maintain clear supporting records and help the accounting team keep payment and collection activities on schedule. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Accountant and handle invoice processing, billing, receipt allocation, account reconciliations and payment documentation. The position also involves reviewing aging reports, monitoring advances and retentions, and following up on overdue customer balances. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and should have experience in AP, AR or general accounting processes. Candidates must currently be based in Riyadh. The estimated monthly salary is SAR 6,500 to SAR 9,500.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Process supplier invoices, customer billing and receipt allocations accurately and within required timelines.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, investigate differences and help resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare payment runs with complete supporting documents and the necessary internal approvals.
- Review aging reports and monitor advances, retentions and other outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue customer collections and maintain accurate finance records in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting operations.
- Practical knowledge of invoice processing, purchase order matching, billing, receipt allocation and reconciliations.
- Must currently be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Skills and Competencies
- Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of JD Edwards is an advantage.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization and communication.
- Ability to prepare payment documentation, investigate account differences and meet deadlines.
Employment Details
Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Estimated salary: SAR 6,500–SAR 9,500 per month. The role supports the AP/AR function under the Lead Accountant.
