Accountant (Food & Beverage)

Shanasheel Restaurant is recruiting an experienced Accountant with a strong Food & Beverage background to join its Dubai team and manage financial operations within a high-volume restaurant setting.

You will maintain precise financial records, manage cash and POS reconciliations, support cost-control initiatives, and ensure VAT compliance — collaborating closely with operations, procurement, HR, and cashier teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date accounting records and comprehensive financial documentation
• Support monthly financial closing and reporting processes
• Accurately record sales, expenses, supplier invoices, and payments
• Conduct daily cash, POS, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and monitoring of staff-related costs
• Support UAE VAT documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute to cost control through meticulous inventory and expense tracking
• Work with operations and procurement to resolve financial discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience in hospitality, restaurant, F&B, or retail operations
• Strong command of bookkeeping, accounts payable, cash control, UAE VAT documentation, and POS reporting
• Proficient English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Keen attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
