Junior Accountant

An Abu Dhabi-based organization is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with practical experience in Focus ERP and Tally to strengthen its finance team. Immediate availability is preferred.

You will support daily accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and prepare VAT reports and reconciliations in close coordination with the broader finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Preserve accurate financial records and accounting entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Execute bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and support financial closing procedures
• Compile VAT reports and ensure tax compliance
• Generate financial reports via Focus ERP and Tally
• Track invoices, payments, and collections
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Focus ERP and Tally (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Immediate availability is an advantage
