Al Nafa Cleaning Services L.L.C. is growing its Dubai team and wants an Accountant & Operations Executive who’s comfortable wearing two hats — one foot in the numbers, one foot in day-to-day operational coordination. If you’re organized, good with Excel, and enjoy keeping a business running smoothly from behind the scenes, this role offers a mix of finance and operations work in one seat.
You’ll manage daily accounting tasks and financial recordkeeping, while also pitching in on the operational side to make sure everything flows without a hitch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily accounting tasks and keeping financial records accurate
- Supporting operational activities to keep workflows running smoothly
- Preparing reports and handling documentation requirements
- Maintaining accounting records using MS Excel and other office tools
- Coordinating with internal teams to support broader business operations
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting and operations
- A B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- A solid understanding of accounting and operational processes
