Job Overview
Master Carton Boxes Industry LLC is seeking an Accountant to support its financial operations at its Ras Al Khaimah facility. The role suits an accounting professional who understands day-to-day bookkeeping and electronic invoicing and can keep financial records accurate, orderly, and ready for review. Familiarity with UAE VAT procedures will be useful in supporting compliant accounting processes.
The successful candidate will help the finance function maintain reliable transaction records and support a clear audit trail across invoices, reconciliations, and related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain complete, accurate accounting entries.
- Prepare and issue electronic invoices in line with internal procedures and documentation requirements.
- Assist with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and periodic financial reporting.
- Organize supporting documents so that transactions can be traced and reviewed when needed.
- Support VAT-related accounting tasks and coordinate with relevant colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Applicants must be Indian nationals, as specified for this vacancy.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or an ACCA qualification, is required.
- Practical accounting experience and hands-on E-Invoicing experience are essential.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is preferred.
- Candidates should be careful with figures, consistent in documentation, and able to manage routine accounting deadlines.

- Monthly salary: AED 4,500–6,500 (estimated).
