Technomak Modular Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to lead its finance function at the UAE headquarters. This is a full-time finance management role suited to a qualified professional with 8+ years of experience, including team leadership. The position oversees financial closing, budgeting, project cost control, cash flow, audits, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred, and experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or infrastructure is an advantage.
The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of the company’s accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective team management. This role works closely with leadership to support financial planning, compliance, and project profitability while driving continuous improvement across finance processes.
Core Duties
- Manage financial closing and prepare financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, project cost control, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.
- Support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen finance systems.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Handle additional finance management duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including management responsibilities.
- CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Proven experience with statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
- Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or infrastructure experience preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial controls.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
