About the Role
Graystone Capital is looking for an HR Specialist to lead and support the HR function for its Dubai office. This full-time role is suited to an experienced HR generalist who can manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, training, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, with Arabic mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR function for the Dubai office.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee daily HR operations and administration.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices align with UAE labour regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR records.
- Provide additional HR support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR generalist experience; UAE experience preferred.
- Arabic and English fluency; Arabic is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and visa processes.
- Strong confidentiality and professional judgment.
- Financial services or investment banking experience preferred.
- HRIS experience is an advantage.
- CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
