About the Role:
Gulf Model School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on managing and optimizing the student admissions process to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment
- Respond to inquiries and guide prospective families through the admissions procedures
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records
- Collaborate with internal departments to support recruitment and promotional initiatives
- Provide detailed information about school programs, policies, and enrollment criteria
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of school admission processes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and admissions management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
