🛍️ Job Role:
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of The National Aquarium’s retail store, creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information on merchandise, promotions, and store offerings
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and organized
- Handle transactions at the cash desk with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
- Support in-store events and promotional activities as needed
🔍 Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, energetic, and customer-service oriented
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
