🛍️ Job Role:

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of The National Aquarium’s retail store, creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information on merchandise, promotions, and store offerings
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and organized
• Handle transactions at the cash desk with accuracy and efficiency
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
• Support in-store events and promotional activities as needed

🔍 Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, energetic, and customer-service oriented
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
