Job Overview
Vida Landscapes LLC is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to support landscaping and outdoor development projects in Dubai. The opportunity is suited to an engineering professional with practical knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance and water management. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning and delivery of landscape works, monitor irrigation performance and help ensure that planted areas are maintained to an appropriate standard. The role includes site visits, coordination with project teams and checking that work follows project specifications. Candidates must have previous UAE landscaping experience and be comfortable communicating in both English and Arabic. A valid UAE driving licence is required. The estimated salary is AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Support landscape development and agricultural engineering projects from planning through implementation.
- Design, monitor and maintain irrigation systems used for landscaping works.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities and monitor the condition and growth of plants.
- Coordinate with project teams to support timely completion of assigned works.
- Carry out site inspections and recommend practical improvements to landscape performance.
- Check completed work against project specifications and relevant industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Previous UAE landscaping experience is required.
- Be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence.
- Understand irrigation systems, water management and landscape maintenance.
- Demonstrate sound communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Skills and Employment Details
The position requires knowledge of agricultural engineering principles, irrigation design and operation, water management, landscape development and ongoing maintenance. Site coordination, inspection skills and the ability to communicate clearly with project teams are also important.
