Position: Events Coordinator
Al Salam Community School is seeking a dynamic, creative, and well-organized Events Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting school events, celebrations, and community initiatives that bring our school community together.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and support school events and activities
- Liaise with staff, vendors, and external partners
- Manage event logistics, timelines, and resources
- Support community engagement initiatives and school programs
- Ensure events align with school values and standards
Ideal Candidate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Experience in events coordination is an advantage
