About the Role
Hadi Exchange is seeking an experienced Alternate Compliance Officer to strengthen its compliance function in Dubai. The role is focused on maintaining a robust regulatory framework, supporting AML/CFT controls, monitoring transactions, and ensuring that internal practices remain aligned with applicable UAE financial-sector requirements. The role requires a careful and independent approach to regulatory matters. The successful candidate will help maintain effective compliance controls, identify potential risks, and keep the organization prepared for regulatory review.
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the organization’s compliance programme.
- Help ensure adherence to AML/CFT requirements, CBUAE expectations, and internal policies.
- Review compliance processes and assist with identifying and mitigating regulatory risks.
- Monitor transactions and escalate potential compliance concerns in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and support regulatory audits and inspections.
- Track regulatory developments and recommend updates to policies or processes where appropriate.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum three years of relevant compliance experience within a financial institution.
- ACAMS certification or an equivalent professional compliance certification.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and financial compliance requirements.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of CBUAE compliance standards and financial risk management.
