About the Role
Brilliant International Private School in Sharjah is seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to deliver effective, engaging lessons and support students’ academic development. The role suits an educator who can build strong mathematical understanding while maintaining an encouraging and well-managed classroom environment. The successful educator will combine subject expertise with clear lesson planning and supportive classroom practice. The goal is to help students build confidence, mathematical reasoning, and strong academic habits.
Position Details

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification
- Salary: AED 6,000–10,000 per month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum expectations and learning objectives.
- Prepare engaging activities that develop mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to support different student learning needs.
- Participate in academic activities and contribute to the wider school learning environment.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Mathematics under the British Curriculum is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate students and build confidence in Mathematics.
- Commitment to high academic and professional standards.
- Knowledge of lesson planning, assessment, student development, and classroom management.
