Settle Create is looking for an Architectural 3D Modeller and Renderer to support its design work in Dubai. The role is suited to a creative visualisation professional who can translate architectural concepts and technical drawings into clear, polished 3D presentations for project teams and clients.
Job Overview
The candidate will build accurate digital models and produce realistic rendered views that communicate design intent, materials, lighting, and spatial details. Work will involve managing several project requirements while maintaining visual quality and delivering files within agreed timelines. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Advertised compensation: AED 7,000–12,000 per month (estimated). Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D architectural models from drawings, plans, references, and design instructions.
- Produce polished, photorealistic renders that communicate layouts, materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.
- Use SketchUp, D5 Render, and relevant AI visualisation tools to develop and improve presentation output.
- Review drawings and construction details to keep models aligned with the intended design.
- Coordinate with designers and project colleagues to incorporate feedback and revise visualisations.
- Organise project files, manage concurrent assignments, and deliver work according to agreed deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in architectural 3D modelling and rendering is required.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, and AI visualisation tools is expected.
- A relevant architecture, interior design, architectural engineering, or related qualification is estimated for the role.
- A portfolio showing architectural visualisation work is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction information.
- Immediate availability is preferred; effective project and deadline management is important.
