Trend Lux Trading LLC is bringing on an Assistant Accountant to support its Dubai finance operation — a solid opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial admin.
You’ll work closely with the wider finance team, helping keep invoices, receipts, and ledgers in order while picking up the practical skills that come with working inside a live trading business.
Immediate availability is a plus, and the role comes with a supportive team environment and competitive benefits.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Prepare and file invoices, receipts, and other financial records
- Help with monthly reconciliations and reporting
- Manage petty cash and keep ledger entries current
- Work alongside the finance team on routine accounting tasks
- Keep financial documentation accurate, organised, and easy to retrieve
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Some prior exposure to accounting or bookkeeping is preferred
- Working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Available to join immediately is an advantage
