An expanding food & beverage business is growing its Ice Cream Division across the UAE and needs a driven B2B Sales Executive to lead that push into the HORECA channel — hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
This is a relationship-first role: you’ll be out meeting operators, understanding what they need, and turning conversations into recurring accounts. Anyone with a background in ice cream, frozen food, or dairy sales will find the transition especially smooth.
If you enjoy the hustle of new business development just as much as nurturing existing accounts, and you know the UAE HORECA landscape, this role gives you real ownership of territory growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Grow the HORECA client base across the UAE
- Hunt down new business opportunities and bring on new customers
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- Hit monthly sales targets and broader business goals
- Represent the product line with strong customer service
- Work with internal teams to keep order fulfilment running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years of HORECA sales experience in the UAE
- Background in ice cream, frozen food, or dairy sales is a plus
- A valid UAE driving licence is required
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
