Elcome International is scaling up its electronics repair business in Dubai and is looking for a technically-minded Sales Executive to drive PCB repair solutions across Marine, Offshore, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Industrial clients.
This isn’t a pure hunting role — you’ll be translating engineering capability into commercial wins, working the full sales cycle while bridging conversations between customers and the internal engineering team.
It’s suited to someone who enjoys technical sales, is genuinely interested in electronics and automation, and wants to build long-term relationships with ship owners, shipyards, system integrators, and industrial operators.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sell PCB repair services for marine navigation, communication, automation, and industrial electronics
- Identify new business and manage the existing customer base
- Build relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, system integrators, and offshore/industrial operators
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from initial enquiry to order closure
- Bridge technical discussions between customers and internal engineering teams
- Support retrofit, upgrade, reverse-engineering, and repair projects
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, service, and engineering for smooth delivery
- Keep a healthy pipeline and hit assigned revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of UAE/GCC technical B2B sales experience — electronics, industrial automation, or hardware distribution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Able to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with circuit diagrams, schematics, Gerber files, and BOMs
